Shipping policy

At Bouncing Baby, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with India's leading courier services (via Shiprocket) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): 2 – 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.

  • Remote/North East Areas: 7 – 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges We try to keep shipping affordable for you:

  • Prepaid Orders above ₹999: FREE Shipping.

  • Orders below ₹999: A flat rate of ₹49 applies.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via Email and SMS. You can click the link to see exactly where your package is.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes in India.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete address and a valid mobile number.

  • Important: Our courier partner will call you before delivery. If the call is not answered, the delivery may be attempted the next day or returned.

6. Incomplete Addresses Please make sure your shipping address (including House No, Street, and Pin Code) is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
